ASP.NET Core 3.0 使用 X.PagedList.Mvc.Core 对列表进行分页

Nuget 安装：X.PagedList.Mvc.Core

控制器：

这里从查询字符串中判断并替换 page 值，如果有更简单的方法敬请告知。比如 Webdiyer 的分页组件会自动携带所有参数。
